Online bill payment is now available

Members of Heartland REC can now view and pay their bills online at https://ebill.heartland-rec.com/css The new service enables members to instantly pay bills utilizing most bank debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or bank checking or savings account. There is no additional fee for paying bills online.
