Each year, Heartland Rural Electric Cooperative selects one outstanding high school sophomore or junior who lives in a household served by Heartland to take part in an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C. as part of the Electric Cooperative Youth Tour.
This year’s Youth Tour will take place from June 14-20, 2024. Applications are now open and will be accepted through 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31.
