Register Your Account in SmartHub Video Tutorial
Written Instructions
Step 1
From the SmartHub login screen, click on Sign up to access our Self Service site.
Step 2
Fill out the registration form completely and click the Submit button.
Step 3
Enter the requested account information in order to verify your identity and click Submit. Answers must match account info exactly.
Step 4
When successful, you’ll get a congratulations notification like this.
Step 5
Check your inbox for an email that will contain a button asking you to Verify Account.
Step 6
You will then be taken to a screen asking you to set your new password.
Step 7
After you set your password, you’ll be asked if you want to try Paperless Billing. Click Yes and Submit to activate.
Step 8
The final step will be to set your security phrase. Once you have done that, you are ready to use SmartHub!
Step 9
Congratulations! You have successfully registered your account. Browse around and see all the ways to save time and money.
Set Up Auto Pay Video Tutorial

Step 1
Sign in to your account using your email address and password you set up during registration.
Step 2
On the SmartHub home screen, click on ‘Billing & Payments’ in the top menu bar.
Step 3
Find the ‘Auto Pay Program’ sub-menu and click on it.
Step 4
Select an account and click on the ‘Sign Up for Auto Pay’ link. Follow the prompts on screen to connect your bank account or credit card.
Sign Up for Paperless Billing in SmartHub Video Tutorial

Step 1
Sign in to your account using your email address and password you set up during registration.
Step 2
On the SmartHub home screen, click on ‘My Profile' in the top menu bar.
Step 3
Click Update ‘My Paperless Settings’ at the bottom of the sub-menu. Then toggle the paperless slider on the account to activate.
Step 4
A pop-up window will ask if you are sure you want to set the account to paperless. Click the Yes button to confirm.
Step 5
You will then see a confirmation that the paperless bill status has been successfully changed. Click the ‘X’ in the upper right.
Step 6
Congratulations! You have successfully activated paperless billing on your account!
Manage Notifications in SmartHub Video Tutorial

Step 1
Sign in to your account using your email address and password you set up during registration.
Step 2
On the SmartHub home screen, click on ‘Notifications’ in the top menu bar.
Step 3
Click ‘Manage Notifications’ at the bottom of the sub-menu.
Step 4
Use the drop down arrow to select which section you want to set up notifications for.
Step 5
For each option you want notifications for, use the drop down list for ‘Text Message’ and/or ‘E-mail’ to activate that topic.
Step 6
Click on the ‘Save Settings’ button at the bottom of the screen.
Add Contacts in SmartHub Video Tutorial
Written Instructions
Step 1
Sign in to your account using your email address and password you set up during registration.
Step 2
On the SmartHub home screen, click on ‘Notifications’ in the top menu bar.
Step 3
Click ‘Manage Contacts’ in the middle of the sub-menu.
Step 4
Click ‘Add E-Mail Contact’ to receive emails or click ‘Add Phone Contact’ to receive text messages.
Step 5
If adding an e-mail contact, click the e-mail button and follow the prompts. If adding a phone contact, see the following steps.
Step 6
Enter the desired phone number, check the box labeled ‘Receive Text Messages’, and click ‘Continue’.
Step 7
Review the text message terms and conditions and click Agree to continue.
Step 8
The added phone number will receive a verification code via text message. Enter the code in the ‘Phone Verification Code’ field and click ‘Save Contact’.
Step 9
Congratulations! You have successfully added your contact. Visit the Manage Notifications menu to assign notifications to it.
